POSTED: 4:25 pm MDT October 12, 2011 MISSOULA, Mont. -- A former Frenchtown bartender pleaded not guilty Wednesday to over serving a woman who died in a fatal car accident after leaving a bar last year.Court documents say Jade Carole Thomas was serving alcohol at the Alcan Bar in Frenchtown and allegedly over served Erika Ringleb who wrecked her car shortly after leaving the Alcan, which resulted in her death.Prosecutors say Ringleb's blood alcohol content was three times the legal limit.Thomas and her attorney asked for a jury trial.The owner of the Alcan Bar, Thomas Michal Porter faces unlawful sale of alcohol charges as well. He's scheduled to appear in court later this month.
