SHASTA LAKE, Calif. -- A car ran into a utility pole at Ashby Road and Pine Grove in the City of Shasta Lake Saturday afternoon, causing people to lose power.A representative with the City of Shasta Lake Electric Company says the car spliced a power pole, which knocked out the power for people living nearby.Crews were quickly on scene and had power restored in two hours.
