Randburg Magistrate's Court officials will visit an accident scene in Sandhurst, Joburg, were former Bafana Bafana star Bryce Moon allegedly hit and killed a woman with his car.
Following the request by Moon's attorney on Tuesday, Magistrate Vince Pienaar, the defence, as well as witnesses would go to Katherine Street where the accident occurred on June 30, 2009.
He faces charges of murder and drunken driving.
âYou will be asked to pinpoint the scenes you photographed after the accident,â State prosecutor Nadine Nel said to witnesses Nancy and Gregory Turner.
Moon allegedly hit Mavis Ncube with his Mercedes Benz Coupe. She was taken to the Morningside clinic where she died from her injuries.
The Turners were Ncube's employers. She worked as a housekeeper at their guest house. They were called to the scene shortly after the accident.
On Monday Gregory told the court he had taken photographs of the accident scene with his camera phone. He used the photographs to testify against Moon. - Sapa
